The redesign of Dr.Martens

Danish designer brand Jean//Phillip redesigns the classic Dr.Martens boot.

Jean//phillip was contacted by Dr.Martens, in New York as they wanted to have their black classic boot featured in the Jean//phillip S/S10 runway show during Copenhagen Fashion Week. Jean//phillip´s studio agreed to do so on one condition: full carte blanche to re-design the shoe. Henceforth, Dr Martens agreed and a new timeless black boot was born. Jean//phillips limited edition Dr Martens will hit stores nationwide, January 2010.
