Everyone knows Chanel for their purses, make-up, fragrances, skin care and couture, but what you may not know is that famous french fashion house also makes some very luxe sporting equipment and work out gear.

Karl Lagerfeld is pushing the boundaries with the selection of unique sporting gear designs such as snowboards, bikes, and yes, a boomerang as you see below. As he states it all comes natural for Chanel as Mademoiselle Chanel was one of the first women to take on sports such as horse riding, dancing and golf and she created sports-inspired pieces as early as the twenties. She also designed matching outfits for the rich women who enjoyed their ski vacations in Saint Moritz.
