A great response to the call for authenticity from Italian design duo Dolce & Gabbana at the Fall 2010 runway in Milan. As the fashion world are still thriving to find their place in the new world order of understatement and soul-searching Dolce & Gabbana presented an intimate and personal show featuring their Fall 2010 collection.
First of all the message was that Dolce & Gabbana still remains the same as they had found themselves going back to the basics of the well known Dolce & Gabbana signatures with bustiers and curves of the female body. In a very emotional setting they showed their classics, and how they make them in a video featuring details on the making of the collection and ending up with the complete team of craftsmen behind the creations in the spotlight.
The sensual and soft collection of fine tailoring was dominated by black but had splashes of grey, florals, polka dot print, burgundy, the mandatory leopard prints, crochet, knits, lace and drapery.
The show was instantly available across the globe via live streaming. Watch it here.
